A STWS Quality Standard
A clean
portable restroom is the South Texas Waste Systems quality
standard. All of our portable toilets, restrooms, hand
wash stations, restroom trailers and other equipment are
cleaned upon arrival to our storage yard.
They are
given a second fresh-up cleaning before going out to a
construction work site, job site or special event. We
use environmentally friendly non-hazardous cleaning
materials and green earth safe chemicals.
All
portable restrooms and air conditioned bathroom trailers are
given a 100% maintenance inspection and extra maintenance is
done as needed on all equipment.
Every
piece of equipment that leaves our yard is inspected again
before leaving our facility for delivery and is also
inspected again at the destination when the equipment is
sited.
We have a
zero graffiti policy: no equipment leaves our yard with any
form of graffiti or any other undesired markings.
On the job
site, once a week servicing and cleaning is done on all
rented units as standard and additional servicing if needed
is a rental contact option. At special events we can
provide a full time on site attendant to clean, service and
restock equipment according to your requirements.
Environmentally
friendly odor control chemicals are used and supplies are
fully re-stocked weekly or as required by agreement.
We are now
using a new and improved product to sanitize all units.
